(BRONSON TOWNSHIP) – No injuries were reported in a fire at a vacant mobile home in Bronson Township.
Bronson Assistant Fire Chief Ken Stutzman says a call came in of a fire at 833 West Chicago Road at 7:30 Saturday night. When crews arrived, Stutzman says the mobile home was completely engulfed in flames.
Firefighters battled the blaze for 90 minutes until it was put out. Damage estimates stand at $7,000.
Stutzman says their investigation determined an electrical short caused the fire. The Bronson Police Department and Life Care Ambulance assisted at the scene.
