(LANSING) – Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer is doing everything she can to help out all Michiganders during the COVID-19 situation.
During a Monday morning media conference, Whitmer shared that she has signed several Executive Orders over the last few days to help individuals, businesses and communities as the coronavirus situation continues to spread across the state. LINKC.
Whitmer says over the weekend a new website was created for medical professionals to sign up to volunteer at hospitals and health care centers around Michigan. LINKD.
Whitmer says she sees a great need for more medical support in the coming weeks around Michigan.
Non medical individuals can also use the site to see where they can be of help in volunteering or giving in their local communities.
