Centreville Has New Football Coach

(CENTREVILLE) – Centreville High School has a new varsity football coach.

During this week's meeting, the Centreville Board of Education voted to hire Jerry Schultz to be the new head football coach for the Bulldogs. Schultz has been the defensive coordinator for the Niles varsity football team for the last four years.

Schultz will take over the program from Tyler Langs, who resigned in February to become the new head football coach at Plainwell High School. During his three seasons leading the Bulldogs, Langs' teams compiled a record of of 18-12, and qualified for the MHSAA Playoffs the previous two years.
