(COLDWATER) – A Quincy man has entered guilty pleas to two of the 14 charges that he had been arrested on.

Branch County Circuit Court officials say that 34 year old Zachary Toth plead guilty to felony counts of using a computer to commit a crime and aggravated stalking. The Branch County Prosecutor's Office dismissed the other 12 charges.

The charges and Toth's arrest came following an investigation by the Branch County Sheriff's Department that started in April 2020. Officers say that Toth allegedly used his Facebook account to send multiple sexually explicit and graphic videos to three different women.

Police say one of the women told them that in one month she received 30 of these messages. One of the other alleged victims reportedly told Toth to not contact her anymore. She says he sent her harassing and intimidating messages.

Toth is scheduled to be sentenced on January 11.
