(UNDATED) – Another touch of winter weather could be coming our way for the next couple of days.

The National Weather Service says a cold front will move into the area late Monday night, bringing with it the chance of rain and snow, then changing to all snow by Tuesday afternoon and lasting until late Wednesday morning, before turning sunny. Forecasters say we could see between 1 and 5 inches of accumulation.

In addition, cold overnight temperatures Tuesday night and again Wednesday night have made the National Weather Service issue a Freeze Watch from 10 PM Tuesday until 8 AM Thursday.

The snow will not stay for very long. The advanced forecast says temperatures on Thursday will be in the low 50's with sunshine and more sun on Friday with highs in the 60's.
