(STURGIS) – A civic organization is asking for the community's help.
The Sturgis Exchange Club is seeking nominations from the public for their Book Of Golden Deeds Award. This prestigious award has been given annually since 1940.
Criteria used in the selection process of a recipient is the recognition of outstanding community service beyond a person's regular job or profession, as well as unselfish sharing of personal time for the betterment of the community and encourages service to the community.
Nominations should be submitted no later than December 31, 2018 to the Book Of Golden Deeds Committee, Sturgis Exchange Club, P.O. Box 611, Sturgis, MI. 49091. You can also e-mail them to mhughes@sturgismi.gov.
