A Wind Advisory is in effect until 6 p.m. Tuesday evening.
According to the National Weather Service, west winds will be up to at least 25 mph with gusts to 40 to 45 mph. The strongest gusts are expected from midday into the middle afternoon hours.
Listeners should be prepared for loose objects that may be blown around, as well as be prepared for high profile vehicles that may find it difficult to drive.
A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 30 mph or gusts of 45 mph are expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, using caution when traveling is advised.
