Prairie Heights boys hold on to beat Elkhart Christian
(BRUSHY PRAIRIE) — It wasn't the prettiest win, but it was a win for the Prairie Heights boys basketball team. The Panthers watched their 18 point lead slip away in the second half and held their breath as a last second shot went wide as they held on to beat Elkhart Christian 62-60 in a non conference game. Elijah Malone led the Panthers with 22 points and 10 rebounds. Mike Perkins added 19 points while Chase Bachelor had 11 points as Prairie Heights shot 18 for 33 (54.5) from the field and improves to 5-0.
