(UNDATED) – The Michigan Associated Press has named their 2019-2020 Division 4 All State girls basketball team. Adrian Lenawee Christian junior Bree Salenbien has been named for the AP Division 4 Player Of The Year for the third straight year, along with being named First Team All State. Bree averaged 20.5 points, 10.5 rebounds, 4.1 assists, 3.3 blocks and 3 steals a game. She has 1,626 career points. Also named First Team All State is Faith Guritz of Martin. The senior averaged 12.5 points, 6.9 rebounds, 2.8 steals and 1.6 assist per game. She reached the 1,000 career point mark, and finishes her career with 1,131 points. Named All State Honorable Mention were Dakota Sigler of Camden-Frontier and Makenna Banbury of Hillsdale Academy. The Division 4 Coach of the Year is Joel Leipprandt of Ubly, who led his team from an 11-11 record in 2018-2019 to a 23-1 record in 2019-2020.
