Friday Feb 09, 2018 12:00am

(UNDATED) – A Sturgis High School student-athlete will be playing soccer at the college level. Regis University announced Emma Boland has signed her letter of intent to play soccer for the school. Boland led the Lady Trojan soccer team with eight goals as a freshman and 12 as a sophomore. Regis Women's Soccer Coach J.B. Belzer says Boland is a creative, high energy forward with a mentality to take on defenders. Belzer says Boland's work rate on and off the ball is tremendous and she defends as well as she attacks.
