(COLDWATER) – The case of a Quincy man has been sent on to Branch County Circuit Court after he waived his preliminary hearing Thursday morning.
Branch County District Court officials say 34 year old Zachary Toth waived his hearing. He is facing 14 charges including aggravated indecent exposure, aggravated stalking, using a computer to commit a crime, unlawful posting of messages with aggravating circumstances and malicious use of telecommunications.
The Branch County Sheriff's Department started the investigation in April 2020. Investigators say Toth allegedly used his Facebook account to send multiple sexually explicit and graphic videos to three different women. Police say one of the women told them that in one month she received 30 of these messages.
One of the other alleged victims reportedly told Toth to not contact her anymore. She says he sent her harassing and intimidating messages.
Toth is still being held on a $150,00 bond. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for October 26.
