(ELKHART COUNTY) – An Elkhart woman was injured in a two vehicle collision late Thursday morning.
The Elkhart County Sheriff's Office say 19 year old Alexia Greathouse had stopped in the eastbound inside lane of State Road 120, east of County Road 17 just before 11:30 AM, and decided to move to the outside lane. As she started to switch lanes, Greathouse didn't see an eastbound vehicle driven by 81 year old Robert Schuler of Elkhart. She drove into the path of Schuler's vehicle and the autos collided.
Schuler was not injured. Greathouse complained of neck pain and was examined at the scene but declined further medical attention. She was cited for unsafe lane movement.
