(STURGIS) – A new event will make its debut tonight as Sturgis Fest 2022 continues.
A Hispanic Heritage Celebration will be going on from 4:30 PM until 8:30 PM on North Street. Friday Committee Chairman and Sturgis Area Chamber of Commerce Board Member Gabe Alvez shares what will be happening. LINKC.
Alvez says in addition, several Mexican restaurants will be on scene selling food along with several Hispanic owned businesses.
The Classic Car Cruise In will be taking place from 4 until 8:30 PM in the downtown area. There will be food trucks on Pleasant Street from 12 PM until 8 PM and sidewalk sales will also be going on at the same time.
The Sturgis American Legion will be cooking hamburgers and hot dogs. The meal will also include chips and cost just $5. They will also have a beer tent and a 50-50 raffle. The band 6 To 1 will be performing on the American Legion porch.
At dusk, the Sturgis Electric Parade will step off and head west through downtown Sturgis.
