(LAGRANGE) – The host Lakeland boys golf team finished second at their own Laker Invitational on Saturday with a score of 336. Goshen was first (329), Westview third (345), Angola fifth (359), Prairie Heights 8th (409), and West Noble was 9th (441). Lakeland's Ben Keil and Aiden Hibbard of Elkhart Christian tied for low round of the day with 69. Silas Haarer of Westview was third with a 73 while Lakeland's Tommy Curtis and Carter Demske of Garrett tied for fourth with scores of 77. Angola was led by Mason Gruner who shot 85 and Gage Hankey with a round of 87.
