(HILLSDALE) – The Mendon boys and girls track teams were at the Division 4 Regional at Hillsdale Academy, with the Hornet girls finishing 8th and the Hornet boys tied for 8th with Pittsford. In the girls meet, Brianna Heitkamp was the Regional Champion in the shot put and will move on to the State Finals. Presley Allen was second in the 3200 meters and also moves to the State Finals. The boys 3200 meter relay team of Kyron Christner, Ben Iobe, Zak Iobe and Xavior Zinsmaster finished second and advance to the State Finals.
