(ELKHART) - A Goshen man is charged with operating while intoxicated after crashing his scooter Monday morning.
Elkhart County Sheriff's deputies say 62 year old Raymond Graber failed to negotiate a turn onto US 33 from County Road 20 and struck the curbed median.
Graber was taken to Elkhart General Hospital with minor bleeding from the head.
