
(STURGIS) – There's a full agenda for tonight's Sturgis City Commission meeting.
Sturgis Director Of Public Safety Geoff Smith will do a review of the City's golf cart ordinance. The ordinance was approved in August 2018, and the City Staff was asked to provide a review of the ordinance at a later date.
In Unfinished Business, the City will be presented with the second reading of the Zoning Code Amendments.
New Business items include a public hearing on the 2019-2020 budget; the proposed 2019-2020 utility rates; a proposal to change the name of the Sturges-Young Auditorium; an amendment to the fine schedule; and a 425 agreement with Fawn River Township.
Tonight's meeting starts at 6 PM in the Wiesloch Room of Sturgis City Hall. The public is invited to attend.
