(MIDDLEBURY) - A LaGrange man was injured when a transit van pulled into his path on U.S. 20 near Middlebury Thursday morning.
80 year old Dennis Miller suffered chest pain and was taken to Goshen Hospital.
Miller was driving his P.T. Cruiser eastbound on U.S. 20 when the van pulled from County Road 43 and struck his car.
The other driver, 17 year old Ethan Gascho of Middlebury, was not injured but was cited by police for failure to yield.
The crash happened at 11:36 AM.
