(STURGIS) – Two people were arrested as part of a drug investigation at a Sturgis business.

The Southwest Enforcement Team says they were informed by the Sturgis Police Department about the possibility of marijuana being sold without a license from Lonespruce Farm Services on Fawn River Road. Over the course of a two and a half month investigation, the team was able to send in undercover detectives who bought marijuana. Officers also had reports that high school students may be buying marijuana there as well.

On Tuesday, officers served a search warrant at Lonespruce and arrested two people. One is charged with possession of marijuana and the other is charged with warrants out of Branch County.
