(FORT WAYNE) – A Cassopolis man is among three people charged by Federal prosecutors in a 13 count indictment for wire fraud.
42 year old Dustin Coleman of Cassopolis, 42 year old Brian Nordan of Auburn, and 29 year old Angela Jasinski of Granger allegedly conspired to defraud and divert money from the Fort Wayne company where Nordan was chief marketing officer and general manager.
The loss to the company totaled over $3 million.
The money was diverted by several means, including unauthorized use of company credit cards, unauthorized reimbursement of personal credit cards and expenses, paying wages and benefits to non-employee, and unauthorized investments in another business.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Tina Nommay is prosecuting the case. The FBI and Indiana State Police conducted the investigation.
