(MARCELLUS TOWNSHIP) – One person was injured in a one vehicle crash.
The Cass County Sheriff's Department says 25 year old Nickolas Soule of Marcellus was driving east on Church Street near Goff Lake Road in Marcellus Township at 11:16 PM Saturday. Soule lost control of his vehicle, going off the road and crashing into a tree.
He was transported by Marcellus Ambulance to Borgess Lee Memorial Hospital in Dowagiac to be treated for his injuries. Deputies say it's believed alcohol was a factor in the crash, which remains under investigation.
Soule was wearing his seat belt.
