(INDIANAPOLIS) – Coronavirus has moved fast, not only across the United States but also in Indiana.
Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb shared during a Monday press conference that coronavirus has picked up momentum as it has hit the Hoosier State. LINKC.
The first death in Indiana from coronavirus was announced on March 16. On Monday it was announced there were 35 deaths.
Dr. Kristina Box of the Indiana State Department of Health says health care officials are now able to test more residents for coronavirus. LINKD.
Box did say of the deaths in Indiana from coronavirus, 86 percent were people over the age of 60, and 40 percent were over the age of 80.
