(THREE RIVERS) – The death of a man in Three Rivers has led to the arrest of a suspect.
The St. Joseph County Sheriff's Department was called to a house at 330 Middle Street in Three Rivers Thursday morning. A man was found dead in the dwelling, and officers arrested the homeowner, 21 year old Mohommad Abuhalpam. He was arraigned Friday in St. Joseph County District Court.
The name of the deceased individual has not been released.
Assisting at the scene were the Three Rivers Police and the Michigan State Police Crime Lab. The matter is still under investigation.
