On May 19, the Indiana State Police in Fort Wayne received a complaint from the Indiana Department of Child Services about alleged sexual activity with a minor. An investigation was conducted and evidence revealed that a married Wolcottville couple living in the 6400 block of County Road 500 East, had been engaging in sexual activity with a 13 year old girl on a regular basis over the last four years.

They are each facing two felony counts of child molesting. The Hoffs were taken to the LaGrange County Jail where they are being held pending an initial hearing.
