(HOWE) – An Illinois man was arrested on multiple charges following an incident in Howe.
The LaGrange County Sheriff's Office says a deputy observed a passenger car cross the center line on State Road 120 near County Road 225 East at 10:41 PM Monday. The lone occupant was the driver, 62 year old Bibiano Gomez of Chicago.
Gomez had a certified blood alcohol level of .230. He was arrested for operating while intoxicated and operating never licensed, and taken to the LaGrange County Jail.
