
(KINDERHOOK TOWNSHIP) – A tubing accident injured a woman over the weekend in Branch County.
The Branch County Sheriff's Department was called to the southern part of Coldwater Lake at 5:15 PM Saturday. A 51 year old Monroe County woman was tubing and hit a large wave, that may have been caused by the boat pulling her. When the woman hit the wave, she was thrown off the tube.
The woman was taken to ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital to be treated for her injuries. Life Care Ambulance assisted at the scene.
