(COLDWATER) – Minor injuries were reported when a pick up struck a house.
According to the Branch County Sheriff's Department, deputies were sent to a house on Lake Drive near Warren Road at 10:30 Monday morning. Deputies arrived and discovered that 74 year old Allen Forrister of Coldwater, had been driving north on Lake Drive when he lost control of his pick up going into a curve.
Forrister went off the road and struck the house. Forrister injured his arm in the accident. His passenger, 65 year old Lynn Fleming of Coldwater, was not injured.
Deputies say no one was home at the time of the crash.
