(ELKHART) – A South Bend man was injured in a roll over accident over the weekend.
The Elkhart County Sheriff's Office says 24 year old Damian Ybarra was driving east on State Road 120 about a mile east of Elkhart at 6:14 Friday evening when he went left of center. His vehicle went off the road and rolled over.
Ybarra had neck and back injuries. The matter is still under investigation.
