
(CENTREVILLE) – Glen Oaks Community College is now accepting applications for different scholarships for the 2021-2022 academic year.
The first are the Presidential and Dean Scholarships. To be eligible, students must be a 2021 graduate from a public or private high school in
St. Joseph County or within the Glen Oaks service area.
For the Presidential Scholarship, students must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 to be eligible for up to $4,000 per year. For the Dean's Scholarship, which is worth up to $2,000 per year, students must have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Students must meet the minimum GPA requirements after the first semester of their senior year. Both scholarships may be renewable for a second year.
In addition, the Glen Oaks Community College Foundation is accepting scholarship applications from new and returning Glen Oaks students for the 2021-2022 academic year.
The Glen Oaks Foundation reported that for the current academic year, 66 students received over $64,400 in scholarships.
