(COLDWATER) – An investigation into a weekend work related death has been completed at the local level.
In a media release, Coldwater Director of Public Safety Joe Scheid says the Coldwater Police have finished their investigation into the death of 59 year old Kenneth Maggert of Angola. Maggert was killed Sunday night at Quality Springs Togo, located on Jay Street in Coldwater. Investigators say Maggert was the manufacturing supervisor at the facility.
Scheid says the report will be sent to the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration for further investigation.
