(HOWE) – A woman is in custody after an incident with another person.
The LaGrange County Sheriff's Office was called to the 600 north block of 270 East in Howe to investigate a domestic battery complaint. Deputies determined that 42 year old Misty Diamond of Sturgis became involved in a verbal altercation, which became physical when she touched Robert Moss in a rude or insolent manner.
Diamond was arrested for Domestic Battery and taken to the LaGrange County Jail. The matter has been forwarded to the LaGrange County Prosecutor's Office for review.
