(UNDATED) – Two Elkhart men was injured in a one vehicle rollover accident.
According to the Elkhart County Sheriff's Office, 52 year old Edward Curry was driving west on County Road 26, west of County Road 13. Curry crossed the center line and struck a curb on the south side of the road. The front end of the vehicle entered a ditch, causing the vehicle to overturn.
Curry was taken to Elkhart General Hospital to be treated for head and hand pain. His passenger, 49 year old Allen Winford of Goshen, was also taken to Elkhart General Hospital with leg pain.
Curry was found to be intoxicated. He was arrested for operating while intoxicated and for not having a valid license and is being held in the Elkhart County Jail.
