(UNDATED) – The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for portions of the listening area.
The Advisory runs until 1 PM Tuesday for St. Joseph, Branch, Cass and Hillsdale Counties in Michigan; along with LaGrange, Elkhart, Steuben and St. Joseph Counties in Indiana.
Forecasters say we could see snow accumulations of between 2 and 5 inches along with a light glaze of ice accumulation. Snow is expected over the area, with the greatest snowfall rates from mid to late Monday evening. Periods of light snow will likely continue into Tuesday.
Slippery driving conditions will be likely, especially during the Tuesday morning commute.
