(BRONSON) – The Bronson Police Department has a new contract.
During Monday's meeting, the Bronson City Council approved a new three year contract with the Bronson Police Officers Association of Michigan. The current agreement was set to expire June 30 of 2019.
City officials say Staff has been negotiating with the Police union over the last several months. The new agreement includes a two and a half percent wage increase, along with a wage reopener in the second and third years of the contract.
