(COLDWATER) – The names of the three children killed last week in a crash between an Amish buggy and a pick up have been released.
Beams Funeral Home in Fremont says the children are 6 year old Lillian Graber, 4 year old Moses Graber and 2 year old Jacob Graber. They were in the buggy along with two other children and two adults when it was struck around 6 PM June 7 on Kelly Road in Branch County's Algansee Township.
All of the occupants of the buggy were ejected in the crash. A woman who was in the buggy sustained serious injuries as did another child.
Michigan State Police say the buggy was struck from behind by 21 year old Tyler Frye of Angola. He was arrested on three counts of operating under the influence of liquor causing death; two counts of operating under the influence of liquor causing serious injury and one count of felony firearms.
He was arraigned and is being held in the Branch County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
