(UNDATED) - Some area student-athletes were named to the Division 4 All State boys basketball team by the Michigan Associated Press. Selected All State First Team are Ryder Gorham of Mendon, Dalton Williams of Colon, Jack Huffman of Hillsdale Academy along with Jett Smith and Conner Stevens of Concord. Names All State Second Team are Owen Gorham of Mendon and Jackson Dwick of Battle Creek St. Philip. All State Honorable Mention was given to Quincy Blair of Colon and Seth Williams of Waldron. Jett Smith was named the Division 4 Player Of The Year, and Concord coach Marcus Gill was selected Coach Of The Year.
