Robbie Hattan returns as Colon football coach

(COLON) - A familiar face will be back on the sidelines in 2026 for the Colon football team. Robbie Hattan has returned as the coach of the Magi, after serving the last three years as coach at Pennfield. Hattan spoke with Swick Broadcasting and says this wasn't something he was looking to do. (LISTEN ABOVE). Hattan says he's known the boys on the team for a long time and knows they will respond what he wants them to do. During the seven years Hattan was head coach, the Magi went 58-19, winning the 2019 Division 1 8 Man State Title, and were runner-up at the 2021 Division 2 8 Man Finals. Hattan returned to Colon Schools in March to be the new Student Services and Facility Coordinator.
