Sturgis Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Book Club 'Radical Candor'

The Sturgis Area Chamber of Commerce presents the next installment of the Leadership Book Club, "Radical Candor," Wednesday, October 14th from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Chamber office - 306 W. Chicago Road in downtown Sturgis. Discussion of Kim Scott's book 'Radical Candor' will take place. The book teaches a management philosophy for leaders on how to give honest, constructive feedback by balancing personal care with direct challenge.
