(BATTLE CREEK) - A new date has been set for the preliminary hearing for a Sturgis businesswoman.
Calhoun County District Court officials say that the preliminary hearing for Carrie VanDeventer-Douponce has been set for November 19 at 9:30 AM.
The 49-year-old VanDeventer-Douponce is charged with Using A Computer To Commit A Crime and with Unlawful Posting Of A Message.
She remains free after posting bond.
