(STURGIS) – After a close first quarter, B.C. Central used tough defense and hot shooting to pull away from Sturgis and beat the host Lady Trojans 61-48 in their Division 1 District semifinal game. Sydney Bir had 17 points to lead Sturgis. LINKC. Kinder Smith had 11 points and Madison Webb added 9 points. Sturgis ends the year at 12-11. B.C. Central is 13-5 and will play Coldwater in Friday’s District Finals.
