(NEW BUFFALO) – The White Pigeon boys track team finished second at the Division 4 Regional, hosted by New Buffalo. The Chief will be sending individuals and all four relay teams to the State Finals. Jordan Pisco was Regional Champion in the 110 meter hurdles and fourth in the high jump and will participate in both events at the Finals. Also advancing to the State Finals are Mekhi Singleton, who was second in the 400 meters, and Wes Roberts who came in third in the shot put. In addition, the 400 meter relay team of Josh Davidson, Maddix Jancasz, Mason Yoder and Jordan Pisco came in second and move on to the State Finals. The 800 meter team of Davidson, Jancasz, Yoder and Jase Roach, finished third and advance to the State Finals; as will the 1600 meter relay team of Davidson, Roach, Yoder and Singleton who came in second. The 3200 meter relay team of Jesse Fielis, Aiden Jackson, Jack Williams and Roach, came in second and move on to the State Finals. The White Pigeon girls track team took fifth place at the New Buffalo Division 4 Regional. Sadie McDaniel was Regional Champion in the discus and second in the shot put and will compete in both events at the State Finals. Joining her is Sydney McClure who was third in the shot put and also advances to the State Meet.
