(THREE RIVERS) – A Sturgis man has been arrested in connection with a shooting incident in Three Rivers.
The Three Rivers Police Department says they arrested 21 year old Donovan Foster of Sturgis Thursday on three counts of assault with intent to murder. He was taken into custody at a Sturgis residence, with assistance from the Sturgis Police and the Michigan State Police.
On July 12 at 9:06 PM, Three Rivers Police responded to a report of shots being fired in the parking lot of Paul's Pantry on East Michigan Avenue. The report also said the subject had fled the scene.
The victim was taken to Three Rivers Health by a personal vehicle. The matter remains under investigation.
