(BRANCH COUNTY) – Concrete repair work on a portion of I-69 in Branch County is set to begin on Thursday.
Nick Schrippa with the Michigan Department of Transportation says work crews will start making repairs to the concrete on a five mile section of I-69 in the north and southbound lanes from Pearl Road to the Michigan-Indiana State Line.
The interstate will stay open, but there will be single-lane closures while the work is being done. The project should be completed by September 30.
Schrippa says MDOT is investing $129,000 into this project.
