(COLDWATER) – Pleas were entered Monday by a Saginaw man on sex charges filed in Branch County.
Branch County Circuit Court officials say 21 year Skyler Rathburn entered pleas of no contest to a charge of second degree criminal sexual conduct and a charge of third degree criminal sexual conduct.
Rathburn was originally charged with first degree criminal sexual conduct and second degree criminal sexual conduct following an investigation by the Coldwater Police Department into alleged incidents that happened between December 1, 2019 and January 31, 2020.
The alleged victim was a nine year old girl.
Rathburn will be sentenced on January 31.
