
(STURGIS) – Sturgis Fest 2022 continues on with today being Family Night.
Several different events are planned for today in downtown Sturgis from 4 PM to 9 PM. There will be amusement rides and carnival games among other things set up according to Sturgis Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Roxanne Persing. LINKC.
All rides will be just $1.
Chamber Board member and Family Night Committee Chairperson Faith Gardner says it’s been wonderful to see so many different organizations getting involved and wanting to set up carnival games. LINKD.
There will be no charge for the carnival games.
There will also be hot dogs, pop, cotton candy and chips for sale. Everything is just $1.
Vendors will be set up in front of many of the downtown businesses for people to stop by and see what they have.
From 6 to 9 PM, Wine Night will be going on at Free Church Park. Get a ticket and come in for a sampling of different wines.
From 8 to 10 PM, there is a free outdoor showing of the movie “Encanto”. This will be in the Arkwright’s Lot, right across the street from Free Church Park. The Strand Theater is providing popcorn for the first 150 people.
