(UNDATED) – All State honors have been given to some area softball players by the Michigan High School Softball Coaches Association for the 2022 season. In Division 4, First Team All State honors go out to Payton Griffith of Mendon (SS) and Gwen Grosvenor of Decatur (UT). Named Honorable Mention All State are Izzy Smith (2B), Kara Swan (CAT), and Lauren Schabes of Mendon (P); Decatur’s Breanna Franks (SS) and Cecilia Conforti (P) along with Kamryn Parlin of Athens (CAT). In Division 3, selected First Team All State are Jayden Cary of Bronson (CAT); Hannah Herman (SS), Alea Fisher (2B) and Hailee Kara (P) all of Buchanan; and Chloe Parker of Niles Brandywine (UT). Named Honorable Mention All State for Division 3 are Olivia Pavlak of Schoolcraft (P) and Jess Dreier of Parchment (P). Division 2 First Team All State honors go out to Mandy Esmon of Gull Lake (SS) and Jada Bolhuis of Otsego (2B). Honorable Mention All State goes to Brooklynn Ringler of Vicksburg (OF). In Division 1, Honorable Mention All State recognition was given to Jordan Wesaw of Portage Northern (2B) and Kaitly Love of B.C. Lakeview (P).
