(CONSTANTINE TOWNSHIP) – A Constantine man suffered life threatening injuries in a one vehicle crash.
St. Joseph County Undersheriff Jason Bingaman says deputies were sent to the area of Zerbe Road near U.S. 131 in Constantine Township just before 7 PM Sunday on a report of a traffic crash. They determined a 57 year old Constantine man who was traveling on Zerbe Road left the roadway, struck a tree and was ejected from his vehicle.
The man was treated at the scene by first responders and then was flown by West Michigan Air Care to a Kalamazoo Hospital.
Assisting deputies at the scene were the White Pigeon Police Department, Constantine Fire And Rescue, and the Three Rivers Fire Department.
