(MIDDLEBURY) – The 2023 golf season came to an end for some area teams at the Northridge Sectional on Friday. Fairfield finished fourth (397), East Noble finished sixth (441), Lakeland 8th (471), Central Noble 10th (477), Prairie Heights 11th (547) and Westview who didn’t have enough players to qualify as a team. Carroll of Fort Wayne won the Sectional title (315) while host Northridge was second (321) and Concord was third (397). They all advance to the Regional. Moving on as individuals to the Regional are Mallory McGowen and Addison Mast of Fairfield and Lily Oburn from East Noble. The low round for Lakeland was from Caitlyn Miller with a 105. Central Noble’s Kensy Kimmell had a 106, Sophia Rowlison had a 126 for Prairie Heights and Westview was led by Danika Yoder with a 101.
