(THREE RIVERS) – A Three Rivers man has been arrested on multiple charges.
Detectives with the Southwest Enforcement Team, along with the Michigan State Police from the Marshall Post and the Michigan State Police K-9 team arrested a 41 year old Three Rivers man on November 21 on outstanding warrants for delivery and manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of analogue drugs.
During a subsequent search of the house, detectives located and seized psyilocybin mushrooms, hundreds of unknown pills and suspected stolen property. Evidence of distribution of meth along with heroin and fentanyl was also found.
The suspect is being held in the St. Joseph County Jail on his outstanding warrants; as well as additional charges for possession with intent to distribute meth, possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession with intent to distribute psyilocybin mushrooms and maintaining a drug house.
The suspect’s name has not been released, pending arraignment in St. Joseph County District Court.
SWET officials will coordinate with local law enforcement agencies regarding the suspected stolen property.
