(ALBION) – A woman has been arrested after making threats against another person.
Avilla Police were called out to the 900 block of Autumn Hills Drive after a resident said a woman threatened to shoot her and kicked in the door. When police arrived, the suspect had left the scene, but the resident gave officers a description of the vehicle the woman was driving.
Avilla Chief Deputy Marshall Chris Arnett found the vehicle in the area of Fourth Street and Progress Way and arrested 30 year old Mollie Ludvigsen of Auburn. She is charged with a felony count of intimidation and a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief.
Ludvigsen allegedly told police she did not kick in the door at the home, but did admit she had been angry and yelled that resident, but denies threatening her.
Ludvigsen was able to post a $250 bond and was released.
